- Copyright: Advertiser acknowledges BHR MEDIA owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights for materials prepared by BHR MEDIA for the Advertiser.
- BHR MEDIA shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materials provided by Advertiser or Agency.
- Cancellation notices for any advertisement or campaign must be received 90 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
